Return & Refund Policy
If you need to return or exchange an item, please call 1-514-365-5117 for a Return Authorization Number. We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All merchandise must be new, unused and in its original packaging. 20% restocking fee may apply. Any defective good can also be returned for replacement.
Please follow the return check list to ensure that no shipping damage will occur.
Credit amount will be calculated as follows:
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Not returnable/non-refundable.
ALL OTHER ITEMS: Credit less all freight charges incurred.
Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order.
Refused Shipments.
Orders shipped UPS, FedEx and/or Canada Post are charged freight both ways on refused shipments.
Damaged Shipments.
If your shipment has arrived damaged, please sign received damaged and contact tenefleurs.com at 1-514-365-5117. We will continue the report damage process to the shipper and schedule a reshipment. The merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing for return. The shipper will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise and return it to tenefleurs.com.
Manufacturer's Warranties.
Merchandise covered by a manufacturer's warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. Other than applicable manufacturer's, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Return Check List:
• Call client support department at 1-514-365-5117 for a Return Authorization Number.
• The merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing for return. Packing slip with Return Authorization Document should be taped securely on package.
